We are seeking 3 positions for the suitable candidates in our company
1) Assistant CoSec
2) Pa/Admin
3) General clerk
1) Assistant CoSec
Assist in Incorporating new company for clients.
Assist in preparing resolutions, minutes & statutory forms.
Assist in ensuring proper submission & maintenance of statutory return of the clients' companies as required by the Companies Act 1965 and Companies Act 2016 (respectively).
Assist in ensuring proper maintenance of statutory books, administrative records updating of registers of Members, Directors, Secretarial, charge, transfer & substantial Shareholders.
Assist in coordinating and arrange submission of documents to SSM or courier of documents.
Assist in other secretarial administration work from time to time.

.Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Posses basic skills in Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel.
Attention to detail and a well organised approach to work.
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Committed to work and deadline
Academic qualification : any field, bachelor in corporate administration is priority

Salary : RM2500

2) PA / Admin Assistant
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondences, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical
Able to do multitasking job
Assist in day to day operations and maintenance
Assist in daily General Administrative
Assist in filling, documentation, typing, data entry purchase order, invoice
Attend incoming calls or enquiries and forward to the respective department
Adapt to meet tight deadlines and performing well under pressure
To execute, follow up and report on all matters assigned.
To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates
To take control and be able to work independently
Computer and Accounting Literate
Salary : RM1800
Diploma and above

3) General Clerk
Female only
Able to work independently.
Basic Computer Literate (Word & Excel)
Data entry and provide day to day administration support to the Management Office
Good communication skills
Perform general admin duties such as answering phone calls,documentation,filling,data entry & etc.
Salary : 1500
SPM and above
