PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE Avenue Property Marketing and Management Sdn. Bhd.
Responsibilities
* Responsible on marketing and sales of the project (New property sales).
* Ability to handle complaints and enquiries from customers as well as provide feedback professionally and tactfully.
* To plan, identify, secure, and develop new market sales/business opportunities.
* Maintain loyalty of existing purchasers through regular communication and call the potential customers to achieve new/more sales.
* Assist in promotional events. (roadshow/expo)
* Ensure weekly sales target is achieved.
* Basic salary from RM1,000 onwards due to performance and confirmation + high commission onthe total personal weekly sales.
Requirements
* At least Diploma in any discipline or an equivalent experience.
* Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in property marketing and sales industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
* Mandarin language is an added advantage.
* Possess pleasant personality, good communication, and inter-personal skills.
* Self-motivated, team player, and also able to work independently with minimum supervision.
* Able to work on weekends and public holidays. (1 day off per week)
* Based at Tambun, Ipoh (5-star Hotel), applicant must possess own transportation.

Perkiraan saya, tahun 2015, adalah permulaan gelombang syarikat simkad prepaid Tone Excel di Malaysia. Perkiraan saya, tahun 2017 atau 18 Tone Excel akan menjadi talian telekomunikasi utama di Malaysia. Perkiraan saya, tahun 2020 Tone Excel sudah menjadi syarikat gergasi dunia.
Bukti terlalu banyak kearah itu. Sukar untuk dibendung fenomena ini. Tone Excel bergerak terlalu laju.
