We are an IT Consultancy company based in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for an intelligent, ambitious individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

? Raising quotation, invoices and credit notes
? Processing supplier invoices
? Pre-event credit control to encourage fast payments
? Assisting the manager with ad-hoc tasks as required
? Maintaining accurate data records
? Filing and general administrative tasks
? Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner providing accurate information to enquiries
? Assist with all company administration, including general, logistics, finance, technical and sales


Qualifications:
SPM/STPM (18-25 years old)

Salary:
RM 900 + Incentives

Key Skills - Qualifications & Experience:
? Must be computer and internet literate
? Proficient with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Attention to detail
? Enthusiastic, have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
