Current Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides level 1.5 and Google Support Level 2.
- Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues.
- Assign incidents in line with documented guidelines and procedures.
- Actively supports the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated throughout life of incident. SME (Subject Matter Expert) for MSI account.
- Account administrator for creating editing and deleting ID.
- Handling customer feedback and complaint. Assigning to help AIA, Rolls Royce Account.
- Clearly and concisely logs and tracks details of solutions provided to resolve customer issue (logs all ACD calls, emails and call-backs) maintaining and updating customer database.
- Actively seeks and records customer email addresses on each incidence of customer contact.
- On going training for CLOUD services.
Accomplishments: (Top call takers, Strong FCR, good use of Knowledge Scripts, good CSAT, reaching an average of 40 contacts a day, Best Agent 2014, Zero MC for 2014 & 2015, Best Agent for the Month of December 2015)......
