2. Bujang / Berkahwin dan berumur 20 tahun ke atas.
3. SPM dengan pengalaman mengajar selama 3tahun.
4. Diploma Pendidikan Awal Kanak-Kanak dengan pengalaman mengajar selama 1 tahun.
5. Latarbelakang montessori satu kelebihanan.
6. Ada transport satu kelebihan.
7. Ada KAAK / KAP satu kelebihan.
8. Pengasih & penyayang dengan kanak2.
