GENERAL CLERK CUM ACCOUNT (wanted at Puchong)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to handle full set of accounts and execute monthly financial closing
- Responsible for the day to day accounting functions / operations
- Assist in maintaining and administering all general accounting functions
- To perform daily and overall administration duties and maintenance of records
- Perform clerical duties and handle all telephone calls and enquiries
- To handle any ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Certificated in Accountancy/Finance/Banking/Business Administration/other Professional Certificate
- Computer literate and well versed in MS Office & UBS Accounting Software
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Hands-on preparation of accounting journals / documents, schedule, report, analysis and other accounting / finance tasks
- Resourceful , self-motivated and a team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa
- 6 working days / week
- Minimum basic salary RM1200 or commensurate based on working experienced
