JOB VACANCY - ACCOUNT & FINANCE CUM HR ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE
Job Description :
? 1. Handle full set of account / 2. Assist in preparing account and finance matter
? 1. Handle SAR or SAP and GL / 2. Assist in preparing SAR or SAP and GL
? 1. Manage and responsible for daily cheque received, payment, bankin etc / 2. Assist in preparing bank recon, payment, filing and storage management etc.
? 1. Responsible for daily Bank Reconciliation.
? 1. Checking invoice with Intranet System and key-in in SQL system / 2. Assist and preparing for invoice and checking through SQL and IntraNet System. Must familiar with SQL Accounting Software.
? 1. Handle part of human resource and administration / 2. Assist in human resource department.
? 1. Liason with customers, bank, auditors and other agencies (private & government)/To prepare GST claimable input and output tax. Handle and monitor Account & Finance Unit
Job Requirements :
? 1. Degree/Bachelor in Finance or Accounting or any field
? Or Diploma In Accounting or Banking (any field)
? 1 year plus experience
Skills and Competency :
? Good in communication skills (especially in English) and other language is advantages.
? Good knowledge in financial industry is a plus.
