Kelayakan:
-Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Admin or Book Keeping.
-At least 1 year working experience with financial accounting and admin.
-Have good personality , a honest person , Independent , responsible , committed and dedicated
-Good in English & Malay Language (writing & verbal)
- Great communication and writing skill
-Matured in attitude, independent, problem solving and can work with less supervision
-Salary Range from RM 1200-RM2000 neg depending on the candidate.
- Able to start work immediately
-Willing to work in any situation or under pressure.
-Posses own transport with license
-Willing to travel if required.
-Willing to work independently.
-Willing to take pressure and work overtime.
Salary will be based on the experience and after an interview have been conducted.

Scope Of General Duties and Responsibilities.
- To Do Bookkeeping and filling accordingly to make sure files are in order.
- Should have knowledge in MYOB / UBS accounting system (or any other related software)
- To make sure all the accounts transactions are recorded daily.
- Finance Scope:
- To make sure all the accounts transactions are recorded accordingly & timely (bank, cash, receivable & payable etc)
- To prepare daily invoice & credit note based on order from Marketing Dept and Sales.
- To check if any disputes regarding the supplier invoice and take necessary actions
- To check receivables ageing report, and make sure all due invoices are paid accordingly (call & follow up the payment status and good in collection)
- To check payable's ageing report, and arrange payment when the invoice is due
- To prepare daily , weekly report and monthly report (Income Statement & Balance Sheet)
- To do any ad-hoc duties as and when required by Head of Finance or HR.
-Responsibilities to handle filling, accounting, PO, DO, Invoice, payroll and admin job.
-Prepare payment voucher and cheque for vendors and suppliers
-Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
-Perform any other duties and assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
-Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, secretary and other parties on statutory compliance matters
-Relevant knowledge in GST implementation, and ensure accuracy of GST filling

Company background: General construction, civil, electrical & mechanical engineering

- works closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support.
- Tasks are likely to include:
- devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
- screening phone calls, enquirers and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the director/engineers is well prepared for meetings;
- Follow ups on all meeting agendas and discussion issues
- Site visit and update report
- dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the director/engineers
- To answer phone call & entertain clients / customers if required.
- To type any formal letter as per request mainly in English and in Bahasa have sound knowledge of Excel and Word.Typing speed must be fast.
- Admin Scope:
- To make sure office clean & tidy.
- To make sure office supplies (stationery, files, pantry etc) are sufficient

Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration / Secretarial or related field
- Required skill(s): MS Office, general writing, documentation skill, communication skill,
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu
- At least 1year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Posses own transport and driving licence. Willing to travel.
- Posses a sense of urgency in completing task on time.
- Bright, confident personality, wellpresented and personable
- Flexible and mature approach with the ability to work unsupervised
- Willing to learn and multi task,
independent, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
