1) Account Cum Admin Assistant
Provide efficient day to day administrative support.
-To support and prepare all sales related documents.
-To support daily operations.
-To handle clerical works and basic accounting tasks.
-To work independently with minimum supervision.
-To maintain proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
-Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Job Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. *
*Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word. UBS experienced is bonus
-Good interpersonal & communication skills
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
-Specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.


2) Jr. Graphic Designer
Job Description : -
1. Perform graphic designer to produce advertisement, packaging, marketing collaterals
2. Meet urgent deadline and schedule
3. Co-ordinate advertising campaigns with magazines, media channels
4. Knowledge in web design a plus
5. Able to work as a team closely
6. With strong sense of responsibility, mature, honest and serious-minded

Requirement:-
1.Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma that related with the position.
2. Required skill(s): Photoshop/AI or any software related and good planning, scheduling skills;
3Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English,
3) At least 1 year(s) of working experience in in graphic designer. Fresh graduate also encourage to apply.

3) Franchise Brand Executive
Job Description:
-To oversee the pipeline on development and maintenance of Franchisees in the assigned areas
-To plan and schedule the Franchising strategy and program in consultation with the top management.
-To follow schedules delivery and other instructions in coordination with the Franhisees
-To provide inputs for infrastructure needs in consultation with Franchisees and top management.
-To coordinate with the Franchisees and deliver the requistes as per agreed schedule.
-To provide support in marketing presentation or Franchise meetings or otherwise at any place with prior permission from the management.
-To report on a day to day basis to the management
-To take up any other responsibility as decided by the company from time to time.
-To use your best energies and abilities during the working hours to serve the company well and comply with all the rules regulations and procedures of the company as notified from time to time.
-Provides assistance & support to internal executives in other departments/franchisees as appropriate.

Other Duties
-Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.
-Travelling individually in Malaysia if required;
-Maintains strong, professional relationship with the Franchise partners.
-Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
-Willing to work over weekend.
-Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Eligibility:
-Smart Graduates below 35 years, minimum Diploma. Fresh graduate also eligible.
-With minimum one years? experience in Marketing/Channel Development
-Should possess Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
-Computer Savy (compulsory)
-Bold, smart attitude and Pleasant Personality
-Having valid passport
-Willing to Travel frequently
-Female or Male candidate
