Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science, multimedia, graphic design or related disciplines.
· Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, in Design and Microsoft Office.
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Applicants must be willing to work in Jaya One, JalanUniversiti.
· Preferably Junior Executives.

Job Responsibilities (Creative Design):
· Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
· Plans concept by studying information and materials.
· Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
· Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
· Confer with clients (internal & external) to discuss and determine layout design.
· Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations and company branding.
· Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
· Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with internal clients or supervisors and making necessary changes.
· Using innovation to redefine a design a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
· Completes projects by meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
· Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
· Research new software or design concepts.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Able to advise how to improve and upgrade the system as and when necessary.
Job Responsibilities (IT):
· Engage with the development, implementation and administration of all Information Technology activities.
· Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technological products and services.
· Manage multiple areas of technology of multiple departments.
· Manage internal/external application upgrades.
· Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
· Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services.
· Manage external vendor’s relationships and services.
· Troubleshooting of desktops & laptops.
· Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection.
