Hi,
I recently graduated from local university, currently working in a private company (abt 5th month). I am interested to venture into franchise business in education sector. However I am lack of start-up model to do renovation, furniture purchase and etc. I have tried to search through all possible loans for me, despite no loan which I can fulfil their requirement (tried PNS). I really need advice from you guys out there who have experience what I am facing now. Thank you in advance!

For my opinion, maybe u can find a business partner, or have to abandon it for a moments, work hard to save some money for the business in the coming future.

Thanks Victor, for your reply! My plan is to take up a loan to start-up franchise business first, and then I can work on both my career and business at the same time. When the business matures enough, I will go for full time with this business. I don't want to take the risk to save the money then only start a business, prefer to take a loan, so that I can repay it slowly. If anything happen at least I still have my job to back-up. I am hoping anyone out there to give some advice on how can I get a loan.

I am currently drafting out an Operation Manual, may i know what are the required content for this manual? Is there any fixed format or items to be followed?

Reduce your running cost. Why is your electricity bill going up? There is a way to pay lesser every month.
