when is the best time to approach for business premises?
after signing franchisee agreement or after get a loan or after attend interview by PNS or after successfully get into Graduate Franchise programme?

ok.. this is a balancing act.... you have to flow with the situation... is the owner of the premises your buddy, can he hold or he is 1st come 1st serve?

did you enquire from franchisor if they have premises marked... if so the the discussion with the landlord to hold the place for you will be eaiser.
after sign the fran. agreement there is colloing of period. of after signing the fran. agreement and you cant secure that premises. you can still "turn back" and the franchisor will refund all minies except for some admin fees...

if you sign premises 1st and then if you find that in the end, the location might not be "sutiable" for that franchisor, you will have a hard time asking the landlord to refund you

as for PNS interview I m not sure. However if you looking for pns loan better go check them out at pwtc at every thursday.... they have some briefing for parties intrested in taking the loan to do franchise...

opps typo error... I mean the cooling off period is required by McED. pls read the Franchise act. for point 2. Its use is to counter the problem that after signing cant secure the place. and of secure the place 1st and something go wrong cant get refund from landlord!

in other words, you mean i have to sign the agreement first.. then, applying for business premises? is it? so, right now, no need for me to survey? and is there any procedure to applying premises? graduate franchise programme = PFS

Adakah anda merupakan salah saorang bakal peserta Program Francais Siswazah? Jika belum saya syorkan anda berdaftar dengan PNS melalui website mereka. Berbalik kepada premis perniagaan, cuba berbincang dengan tuanpunya premis samaada beliau boleh beri tempuh kepada anda. Jika dapat, maklumkan kepada Francaisor yang anda pilih. Setelah Francaisor setuju barulah secure premis terbesut.
