Saya ada sebuah kedai dobi untuk dijual:-

1)Lokasi di bawah apartment, kawasan penduduk padat

2)Peralatan dobi termasuk 2 washer 15kg, 1 washer 8kg, 1 dryer 14kg, 1 steam iron, perabot sedia ada di dalam kedai akan disertakan sekali, termasuk sebuah pejabat kecil dan lain-lain

3)Mempunyai pelanggan tetap yang ramai dan semakin meningkat

4)Kawasan mempunyai kurang pesaing

5)Harga jualan:RM45K(nego)

Sebab dijual adalah kerana ada komitmen lain.
