Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- To perform outbound cross sell Telemarketing to Existing Customers.
- Products cross sell are on Credit Card / Personal Loan / Balance Transfer / Insurance related products including service calls with promotional items example card upgrades, annual fee waiver etc.

Minimum Requirements:
- SPM qualification
- Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
- Performance driven
- Good communication skill
- Highly motivated and be able to work under pressure
- A good team player
- Knowledge in banking, bancassurance is an added advantage

Salary Range:
- RM2,050.00 minimum
- RM2,600.00 (for degree holder)
- Commission is based on a Monthly Point System
- Must achieve minimum points to qualify for commission payment
- Weightage is provided for different products sold
- Payment of commission is on 4 Tiers basis
- Higher the tier, higher the payment

Term & Conditions:
- Permanent status with probation period of 6 months
- EPF
- Annual leave (14 days)
- Medical coverage
- Insurance coverage

Staff loan facilities (For permanent staff):
- Car loan up to RM50k
- Housing loan up to RM160k
- Sundry/Festive Loans

Training:
- 2 weeks of classroom training
- 1 week buddy attachment with Team Leader
