COW To be appointed for M&E department as an Electrical Engineer.
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordination and liaison for pre-construction project works.
Coordinate with project team members on the review and audit design concepts, approach, assumptions, parameters and calculations from the design submitted by the
Consultants and Contractor.
- Assist Project Manager in coordination between the client, the consultants, the Contractor and any other Government Authorities and Agencies.
- Coordination with reviews the preparation of a periodic report on the status / progress of all the site progress works.
- Carrying out all other duties and responsibilities that may be designated by the Project Manager.
- Preparation and coordination with relevant Audit Teams on the Audit checking and related checklist.
- Maintaining Inspection Report and non-conformance report for all respective work areas.
- Conducting audit and monitoring works on Contractor?s performance.
- Preparation and maintaining daily site diary report on project team performance within his site staff and related support from Zecon Bhd headquarter.
- Monitoring proper execution of approved Project Quality Plan (PQP) for completeness, current and relevant at all time.
- Verifying by the audit that the quality systems are being implemented by all functions.
- Ensuring that all procedural non-conformances are resolved and a register is maintained.
- Determining with site management where improvements are required and where necessary recommending the corrective actions.
- Ensuring the maintenance of quality records.
- Ensuring that fundamental working methods are established and that approved procedures are developed and that all functions and personnel are aware of and have access to current versions of these procedures.
- Coordination with all the related consultants on the preparation of monthly progress report to UKM and client?s representative.
** Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering or related.
- Highly creative and self-motivated individual who are able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work at Odd hours when being requested.
- Any other tasks as directed by the management.
- Computer knowledge such as MS Office, ACAD is a must.
