1. Deposit sewa 2 bln + 1 bln sewa bulan pertama (RM1800)- kontrak setahun
2. Gaji staff RM 550
3. Pakaian Lelaki (kemeja, tshirt, jeans, boxer,stokin, barangan golf, sunglasses)
4. Pakaian Wanita (kemeja, tshirt, blouse, drifit track, minyak wangi, selendang)
5. Pakaian Kanak2 (t-shirt)
6. Rak display kaca - 1 unit
7. Rak display kayu - 1 unit
8. Meja + kerusi kaunter
9. Rak display besi - 5 unit
10. Railing Baju - 3 unit
11. Karpet - 40' x 60' kaki
12. Lampu downlight - 6 unit
13. Aircond 2hp - 1 unit
14. Railing baju + accessories + hanger
