can do in yearly basis, monthly or quarterly basis. accounting fee normally charge based on revenue vs Assets basis (whichever is higher) depending on the nature of business or transaction basis.
But to make life easy, for revenue less than RM 1 mill the least fee cud be :-
1) monthly
>>RM70 per month x 12 months = RM840
2) yearly basis
>> RM 800 per set for
3) Quarterly basis
>> RM 200 per Quarter x 4 quarter = RM800
