I have 2 unit vertical billboard size 20'x26' at PLUS Highways (Sungai 2, Kepala Batas, Butterworth). I want to sell this billboard because need money to cover other business.

This two billboard already got customer which signs 3 years contact and now got 2 years balance rental.

The billboard got agreement with land lord, got license from MPSP (Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Perai). This is not illegal billboard, i can show and give all document if you want.

The price i want to sell is RM66K, and still can negotiate. If i sell this billboard, the balance payment for two years, client will pay to you. No need to find customer for two years.

Kalau beli rumah, bagi sewa, 20 tahun tak balik modal lagi (lain la kalau jual rumah tu). Tapi kalau beli billboard, 3 - 4 tahun dah balik modal. Kalau jual balik, lagi la untung.
