Kebanykn production house dptkn talent melalui pengurus produksi dia je.. atau melalui extra2 terbabit. diaorg tak minat nk ambik talent ngn talent agensi ni... so mna2 talent yg minat nk berlakon risik2 lah kabar dgn member pelakon or pengurus produksi. Bukan dgn agensi..
