ROLE OF MANAGER POSITION / EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
? To lead and manage the overall business
performance, budget, sales & marketing and
recruitment process for all regional activities to
meet the company?s objectives.

? Develop a short term & and long term Channel
sales strategies to achieve sales revenue
(recruitment & sales)

? Plan, execute, promote & review all regional
activities effectively, to ensure sales target
achieved

? To ensure the whole sales& marketing plan,
network development & recruitment strategies
& campaigns are to be implemented effectively

? Monitoring the network performance of each
region& to propose activities & program to
support and revive each activities performances

? Identify potential and develop new market
segment of each region

? Manage human capital growth and development

? To ensure all branches' (KPI) profitability

? To promote sales & recruitment initiatives on daily
basis to the existing, and also newly developed
network.

? Monitor & ensure the quality trainings and
meetings via topic, speaker, and MC & sharers
selection

? Excellent collaboration with market leaders/Clients for
sales and recruitment on daily basis

? Deliver operational excellence on daily basis

? To develop support program & activities to all
existing customers to ensure sales and recruitment
activities are increase

? Handle dispute among staff and the clients through
MBO with care.

Requirements:

? MBA/Degree/Diploma in Business and/or Marketing
? Minimum 5 -10 years working experience in sales,
marketing or branch operation with 5 yrs. in
senior managerial position
? Experience in MLM industry is an added advantage
? Good leaderships with ability to influence
network
? Able to communicate & motivate business
builder/associates
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
? Good Planning & strong analytical skills
? Experience in business presentation and market
penetration strategy.
? Advance computer skills (Microsoft office)
? Business Minded, Figure sensitive, Able to
work under pressure.
? Handle customer feedback pro actively
? Strong work commitment, Aggressive,
Optimistic and possess Positive Minded and
attitude, Self-Motivated, Self-Directed
? Own transport and frequent travelling is expected
