If anyone looking for future investment at Bukit Merah, please do not hesitate to call me at 019-4706599. Fyi, I am planning to sell off my studio room (like hotel room) at Bukit Merah Laketown, Semanggol, Ipoh. For your kind info, the monthly payment is about RM845 (based on loans tenure). The rental process and maintenance activities will be carried out by the BML management and they are paying us 3.5% (about RM400 monthly) from the unit price divided equally for 3 years. We just need to top up the balance for the monthly instalment. The agreement between management and us will be reviewed and renewed every 3 years by the management.
