Job description :
- Filing, data entry, and assisting in admin work.
- To handle all administration jobs like preparing documents (quotations, invoices, purchase orders?etc)
- Assist on typing letter
- Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately and courteously.
- Performed various secretarial/clerical duties such as documenting, photocopying, faxing and mailing
- Purchased office equipment such as stationery and etc
- Minimum SPM/diploma qualification
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Power Point & EXCEL
- Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
- Ability to work independently
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Working day : Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
