Looking for any fresh graduate or experienced person with Diploma or Degree in Nursing/Pharmacy/Computer Science/IT/Biomedical/Medical Lab or any field of studies with basic IT or Pharmacy or Hospital or Clinic to fill the new recruitment for :-
1.Application Trainer - Responsibilities -
-Create and maintain course content and training materials
-Deliver training courses related to system application & hardware usage
-Report on training activities and attendance
-Co-ordinate & planning the IT training strategy
-Responsible for any other related duties assigned by the management
-Testing on the application (QC) and hands on the application
2. Application Implementer - Responsibilities -
? Learn and Master the Pharmacy Information System (PhIS) application and related hardware and equipment which will be implemented in all government hospitals and clinics
? Conduct hands-on coaching and provide quidance to hospital and clinic users including doctor, pharmacist, matron, nurse, and registration clerk during PhIS system GO LIVE at respective site
? Provide support and resolution on site to any implementation matters
? Report and liaise with central support team for problem resolution and advice
? Compile post-implementation report for submission
? Prepare and schedule for site implementation activities and schedule
3. Application Technical Support
? Station at regional support centre and participate in monitoring and maintenance the Pharmacy Information System (PhIS)
? Ensure all PhIS related hardware, equipment and system are operating in good conditions at the hospitals and clinics
? Conduct on-site problem diagnostic and trouble-shooting related to hardware and system configuration and operation
? Report and liase with central support team and third-party vendors for problem resolution and action
? Prepare problem diagnostic and resolution report for submission
Training is provided, if selected or shortlisted all interviews and training will be held in Kota Damansara.Salary offer start RM2000-RM4000
