Bayaran asal tapak 15' x 15' berharga RM600.00 utk karnival selama 3 hari berkenaan. Untuk sewaan ruang 7.5' x 7.5' berharga RM150.00 (betul-betul ikut harga tapak asal, takde buat untung) + RM10.00 untuk kos pengurusan = RM160.00 sahaja

1st Perak National Rabbit Show 2012

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Show will be held at the Kompleks Jabatan Belia & Sukan Negeri Perak, Ipoh, from 6th July 2012 to 8th July 2012 (Friday ? Sunday).
2. Entries are accepted from all rabbit enthusiasts, breeders and general public.

3. Entry fee is RM20.00 for each rabbit. Only Rabbits above 12 weeks of age will be accepted for entry. For details of classes, kindly refer to the schedule attached.

4. This is a pre- registered show. All entries must be received by Tuesday, 3rd of July, 2012. However, at the discretion of the Show Director, Day of Show entries will be accepted for additional RM10 per rabbit as late fees.

5. Rabbits don?t have to have any tattoo in their ear. A tag will be provided as identification.

Sunday, July 8th, 2012
9:00am ? 10:00am Exhibitors Arrive and Check-in All Entries
10:00am ? 10.30am Classification & Judges Briefing
10:30am ? 4:00pm Rabbit Judging
5:00pm ? 6:00pm Closing Ceremony & Prize Presentation
7:00pm Show Ends

7. Exhibits may only be removed on Sunday, 8th July 2012 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Exhibits not removed after 8:00pm will be kept temporarily by the organizer.

8. Early removal of exhibits is prohibited.

9. Only disease-free and pest-free rabbits are accepted for show. Any rabbits showing signs of disease will be immediately removed from the show premise and any entry fees will be forfeited.

10. The Show Organizing Committee reserves the right to withdraw any class with less than five (5) entries. However, these entries may be re-classified to other nearest related classes/varieties.

11. The Show Organizing Committee reserves the right to introduce new classes if it is necessary.

12. The judges may at their sole discretion withhold the scheduled prizes for any exhibits considered unworthy of any award in its class.

13. The Show Organizing Committee will not accept any responsibility for damage or loss to any exhibit, while every possible precaution will be taken to safeguard the exhibits, including special guard on duty day and night during the duration of the show. It must be clearly understood that the exhibits are accepted only at the owner?s risk.

14. Judging will be held on Sunday, 8th July 2012 at 10.30am by which time all exhibitors and members of the public should leave the show area.

15. The decision of the judges will be final in all aspects.

16. Tentative schedule of prizes are as follows:
First in variety - RM Will be announce
Second in variety - RM Will be announce
Third in variety - RM Will be announce
Best Of Breed - RM Will be announce
Best In Show - RM Will be announce
Reserve Best In Show - RM Will be announce

17. The Organising Committee reserves the right to take photographs of the exhibits and to publish them from time to time.

18. For any issues arising before and/or during the show that are not addressed in this rules & regulation, the show committee will collaborate to create a fair solution, whose decision will be final.
