Duties The role will see this person changing out all our MY and sometimes Singapore store windows ever 6-8 weeks.
Dressing our fabric mannequins and any other instore display required.
There will also be an element of training support where we would like someone who can assist the store team in merchandising standards.
They will need to be able to also travel.
Position Description

Position Purpose
1. Visual Merchandising. To create and communicate visual merchandising event packs to support store teams.
2. Standard Operating Procedures. To create standard merchandising procedures to assist with and developing store team knowledge and skills in the area of product layout and visual merchandising.

Major responsibilities Measures

Regional Training and Support
? Actively communicate changes to the merchandising principles of the business with store teams and Regional Managers
? Participate actively as a support to the Regional Manager during minor projects and while in store
? Participate and contribute to team training nights
Process and Procedure
? Establish and maintain documented standards in visual presentation and merchandise
? Establish the tools to communicate these standards to the business
Visual Merchandising Standards
? Change of store windows & in store displays to represent seasonal offers and trends.
? Work closely with Store teams to ensure they are familiar with the buying department direction and merchandising standard
? Report effectively on the merchandising standards of stores and provide feedback to team, regional manager, operations team and buying teams
? Report effectively on event set ups in stores and provide feedback to store team, operations team and regional manager
? Set Up key visual display points in stores that reflect the visual direction of buying teams and represent the needs of our customer
Team Member Development
? Work with the Store Manager and Store Training Coordinator to identify process and skill gaps and development needs in store teams
Communication
? Support store team members to interpret and implement Visual Merchandise standards through creation and communication of merchandise event packs
? Coordinate with Store Manager to ensure the execution of specific coaching/training to achieve the most effective and inspiring layout of product, to attain projected ROI
General
? Visit and communicate with buying team, project team and stores regularly to understand their needs
? Other responsibilities as directed by the Regional Manager/Store Manager
? Lead by example and in accordance with business values
? Seek and respond to feedback
? Ensure own development needs are reviewed and meet
? Take responsibility for a safe site for everyone, everyday by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety performance and celebrating safety achievements
