Upah Buat Surat Perjanjian

Kami mengambil upah membuat / menyediakan,

1) Surat Perjanjian Jual Beli Hartanah
(Belian secara Tunai) dan,

2) Surat Ikatan Perjanjian Pinjaman Atas Nama
(Pinjam Nama Orang Lain Belian Hartanah)

bagi tujuan penjimatan guaman yang memakan kos ribuan ringgit yakni 1-3% dari nilai hartanah jualan / belian anda akan di ambil oleh peguam sebagai duti setem / fee guaman.

Anda buat sendiri Surat Perjanjian dan terus saja berurusan di Pejabat Tanah & Galian dan LHDN, kerana peguam juga buat kerja sebegitu tapi ada caj terhadap servis professional mereka. Elak pembaziran,
