TRANSACTION PROCDURES (FOB Russian Port)

1. The Buyer issues ICPO + CP stating his/her readiness to purchase under the procedure terms.
2. The Seller issues Draft Contract; the Buyer signs and returns the Contract for the Seller?s Approval.
3. The Seller issues the Commercial Invoice ?CI? and releases the Final Approved Contract alongside with following POP Documents via E-mail; *

*Tank Storage Agreement; 1 Copy, *
*Reservoir Storage Receipt; 1 Copy, *
*Statement of Availability (Resursnaya-Spravka) ; 1 Copy,
*Supply Commitment; 1 Copy, *
*Certificate of Inspection Analysis, issued by SGS Inspection; 1 Copy, *
*Export License; 1 Copy, *
*Quantity Confirmation; 1 Copy; 1 Copy, *
*Export Permit/Approval; 1 Copy;1Copy,
4. Upon receiving of the Full POP Document as advised above with the SGS Inspection report indicating the product meets international acceptable standard, the Buyer?s Bank issues MT103 / TT Wire Transfer for 5% (Five Percent) of the total stored product confirmed on the Storage Receipt, as Security/Guarantee Deposit to the Seller?s Bank.
5. The Seller Transfer the Title to the Buyer, and lifting commences immediately.
6. Within 2-3 Banking Days after the successful lifting into the Buyer?s nominated Vessel, the Buyer?s Bank issues the Final payment for the product via MT103 or TT Wire Transfer to the Seller?s Bank and payments (Commission) to the intermediaries shall be released simultaneously by the Seller?s Bank.

TRANSACTION PROCEDURES (CIF Any Safe World Port)

1. The Buyer issues ICPO + CP stating his/her readiness to purchase under the procedure terms.
2. The Seller issues Draft Contract; the Buyer signs and returns the Contract for the Seller?s Approval.
3. The Seller Book a Vessel with reliable Shipping Company and provide the Charter Party Agreement ?CPA? for the Buyer?s acknowledgement with assigned Vessel?s Details/Q88.
4. The Seller issues the Commercial Invoice ?CI? and releases the Final approved Contract alongside with following POP Documents via E-mail; *

*Tank Storage Agreement; 1 Copy, *
*Reservoir Storage Receipt; 1 Copy, *
*Statement of Availability (Resursnaya-Spravka) ; 1 Copy,
*Supply Commitment; 1 Copy, *
*Certificate of Quality Analysis, issued by SGS Inspection; 1 Copy, *
*Export License; 1 Copy, *
*Quantity Confirmation; 1 Copy; 1 Copy, *
*Export Permit/Approval; 1 Copy; 1 Copy, *
*Charter Party Agreement to Transport to the Discharge Port; 1 Copy, *
*Insurance Policy; 1 Copy.
5. Upon receiving of the Full POP Document as advised above with the SGS Inspection report indicating the product meets international acceptable standard, the Buyer?s Bank issues MT103 / TT Wire Transfer for 5% (Five Percent) of the total stored product confirmed on the Storage Receipt to the Seller?s Bank.
6. The Seller Transfer the Title to the Buyer, and the product is lifted into the Chartered Vessel.
7. Within 4-5 Banking Days after the arrival of the Shipment at the Buyer?s destination port, the Buyer?s Bank issues the Final payment for the product via MT103 or TT Wire Transfer to the Seller?s Bank and payments (Commission) to the intermediaries shall be released simultaneously by the Seller?s Bank.
