Project Terms & Conditions

1) Please submit company profile, proof of fund (latest bank statement)
2) If developer agree to award the contractor, contractor will be further brief about this project and shall provide Letter of Interest, LOI (template will be given)
3) Then, contractor shall provide bank draft and lawyer will hold first
4) Upon signing of LA, contractor shall provide 1.25% earnest fee and RM1000 per unit of house (top up from RM7000 per unit of house) ( NEGOTIABLE )
5) Within 3 working days, LA will be release and contractor shall release all the payment to respective account names.
6) Within 30 days of LA, contractor must start work at site.
7) 10% mobilization fee from total contract will be given within 30 days from the 1st day of start work
8) another RM6000 per unit of house allocation for consultant/architects/engineers/land office fees will be pay upon progress payment.

Paymaster: KPKT/MCD direct from designated local bank

Payment: mobilization fees/progress payment
