1) Job Description : SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
1. Developing sales plans to achieve the sales target and ensuring that the sales plans are aligned with the company’s direction.
2. Explore new & potential customers in order to achieve a more diversified sales portfolio for the Company.
3. Obtaining and collate customer feedback and market information to facilitate improvement in services, operations and processes to develop and maintain market standing and competitive edge.
4. Closing sales and respond efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information to ensure that individual sales target and annual sales goals are achieved.
5. Responsible for timely collection of payment from customers to generate positive cash flow for the company and minimize exposure to bad debts.
6. Assist in other sales related functions like collect, chop and sign delivery orders and issue temporary receipts to ensure proper documentation to facilitate costing and billing purposes.
7. Source and identify new business opportunities, customers, markets and future buying trends to promote business development.
8. Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers to ensure continuous and long-term business relationships
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
At least 2 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Retor equivalent.
Self motivated, independent, aggressive and result oriented.
Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation.
Suitable candidate may be considered for Manager level position.
2) Job Description : DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUITVE
Responsibilities:
1. To promote company branding and career page
2. In charge of company FB, Instagram, TikTok, Website and Apps.
3. Handle content writing
4. Oversee all business platforms & actively update activities on Facebook/ Instagram /Tik Tok/Email and etc
5. Assist in Poster design / Video Editing / Company Profile write up
6. To plan on creating social media content & campaigns
7. To execute Marketing Strategies or Marketing Campaigns to further promote recruitment/hiring activities
8. Develop and implement digital media and online advertisement; explore and maximize social media channels to raise awareness
9. Identify industry trends
10. Managing and retaining relationships with potential candidate
11. Contribute creative, concept, theme, and tactical ideas content
12. Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business & Media Studies, Advertising or other related fields
Minimum 2 years' of relevant working experience within the field of digital media industry
Experience in content creation and managing social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc
Experience in video shooting and editing (short videos format). Familiar with softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or equivalent.
Possess basic knowledge in Facebook and Google marketing and/or certification.
Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends. Good knowledge of the property real-estate industry would be an added advantage.
Strong attention to details; able to multi-task & manage assignments based on priority.
Able to work independently under minimal supervision and also to play the role as a team player.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
