1. Job Title : Officer, IT
Location: Sepang Aircraft Engineering Company (SAE)
Expected Date for Start: Immediately
Specific Function and Responsibilities
* Assist for issues reported by users within agreed service level agreements.
* To assist and support in IT Project monitoring activities.
* Give new ideas and process to his/her assigned department.
* Assist to manage IT equipment Asset.
* Prioritizes issues for resolution.
* Provides guidance and guidelines on IT process and procedures.
* Share knowledge and technical guidance when required.
* Design, establish, and maintain a secure and resilient network infrastructure for local and wide area connectivity and remote access.
* Participate in vendor contract negotiations for all new equipment purchased.
* Manages the day-to-day operations of networking team.
* Assess and anticipate networking needs and recommends appropriate action and resources.
* Supports Job Functions outside of assigned role when necessary.
* Responsible for issues reported by Business within agreed service level agreements.
* Conducts daily operations for job function, according to standard operating procedures.
* Provides guidance and guidelines on IT process and procedures.
* Share knowledge and technical guidance when required.
* Supports Job Functions outside of assigned when necessary.
* Assist Manager, IT as directed.
Qualifications:
* Malaysian, with minimum 2 years’ experience in similar industry
* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking or equivalent
* Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) or similar from Cisco
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Dedicated and good teamwork attitude.
* Good communication and written capabilities in English and Malaysia
* Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
* Desired: Web and Database programming experience.
