Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/in any field.
- Preferably candidates specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance) or equivalent.
- No experience and fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Remuneration RM 2000 per month
- Management Trainee with full training and guidance, with additional personal coaching from a mentor
- Required Skill (s) : Good communication, sociable, responsible and high integrity, strong drive and desire to succeed, independent, positive attitude.
- Job Specializations: Sales/Marketing, Sales - Financial Services
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Candidates will be involved in the role like Human Resources (HR), Marketing, Training, Finance and Sales.
Role and responsibilities:
- To promote and professionally sell a wide range of insurance products to the potential client as on takaful financial, medical, income, children education and retirement.
- To provide professional advice and on appropriate financial products based on customer needs.
- To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales service.
- To achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.
- To participate in company activities and training to increase knowledge and skills.
- To actively market and sell insurance products to all clients.
- To build strong client relationships to retain and grow the wealth of the clients.
- To receive valuable market insight and feedback.
