ADMIN AND FINANCE ASSISTANT
Company : AMR BUSINESS CONSULTANT SDN BHD
Location : Unit 10-2 KLTS. No.99, Jalan Gombak, 53000 Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.

1) Admin and Finance Assistant (1 Vacancy - HQ KL)
2) Account and Tax Assistant (1 Vancancy - Branch Skudai Johor)
3) Intern Marketing/Multimedia (2 Vacancy - HQ KL)
4) Intern HR/Admin (1 Vacancy - HQ KL)
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains accounting records by making copies, filling documents.
- Reconciles bank statement by comparing statements with general ledger.
- Able to prepare and maintain full set of account.
- Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer, processing backups.
- Doing Admin and Finance task.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate to possess at Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Has good interpersonal skills, independent and able to communicate well with the team.
- Experience in using Autocount Accounting system and familiar with Autocount Accounting software and Microsoft especially Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in computer application software.
- Able to communicate with client.
- Able to work overtime. (if required)
- Able to work independently with less supervision.
- Willing to learn.
- Able to submit deadlines on time.
- Able to communication in English, BM.
- Male & Female.
