We are an established catering company which able to cater wide range of specialties. As a 100% BUMIPUTRA company with HALAL certification, we are able to serve for any type and size of occasion. Our business has seen impressive growth over the years and we are continuing to expand. We would like to invite suitable candidates to fill the following positions:-
POSITION 1:
QA/QC Assistant (Desa Coalfields, Sg. Buloh)
Responsibilities:
* Involve in educating and training all having contact with food products including all new staffs on the awareness of cleanliness and hygiene practice.
* Assist in establishing, implementing and maintaining of HACCP and ISO 22000:2005 system.
* Assist in Sensory & Physical checking of semi and finished product quality.
* Assist in monitor the stock level of GMP and hygiene related items for production and cleaner usage
* To assist in HALAL application and renewal as well as government related matters such as Health Certificate.
* Handling and investigate customer complaint and follow up accordingly with relevant department involved.
* Ensure all QC/QA related matters are performed according to scheduled plan including laboratories, pest control and hygiene.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma in Food Science & Technology or equivalent.
* Well verse in HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 22000:2005 Documentation and application
* Experience in QA/QC, Laboratory Handling.
* At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
* Possess good interpersonal skills and good communication
* Applicants must be willing to work in Desa Coalfields, Sg. Buloh.

POSITION 2:
Production Supervisor (Desa Coalfields, Sg. Buloh)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure stable flow of production activities and oversee the production section, production scheduling, production control, inventory and output.
- Supervise operators to ensure productivity and targets.
- Ensure optimal machine and staff utilization.
- Motivate and develop a cohesive production team.
- Close monitoring of operators for full adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for the operators? discipline, training, attendance as well as plan their working shift schedules and good house keeping.
- To carry out lean activities as planned and benchmark all good practices to be implemented into production line.
- Ensure that health & safety guidelines are followed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment, including experience in a supervisory role.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills and good communication.
- Willing to work shifts and long hours.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sg. Buloh.
