IT PreSales Solution Engineer (Malay Preferred)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Pre-sales Engineer, either fresh out of college/university or with experience, who has a keen understanding of major IT Networking and System providers' technical features, licensing and Government Tendering. This role will serve as a bridge between our technical team and our clients, ensuring that our solutions align seamlessly with client requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and business challenges.
2. Provide detailed presentations and demonstrations of our IT solutions and work together with Local Distributors.
3. Collaborate with the technical team to design solutions that meet client needs.
4. Understand and explain the technical features and benefits of major IT Networking and Systems.
5. Assist clients in Complying Project Tenders.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in IT Technology.
Qualifications:
- At least Diploma in computer science, Information Systems, Networking, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in a similar role will be a plus.
- Strong understanding of major Networking and System providers' technical features and licensing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical jargon into simple terms for clients.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Malaysian citizenship is a must.
- Preferring to Malay candidates.
