1. Mempunyai Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Edu. English atau TESL atau bidang-bidang berkaitan
2. Mempunyai Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Edu. Kimia atau Sains Kimia atau bidang-bidang berkaitan
4. Boleh datang mengajar di Fly High Tutorial Centre yang beroperasi di Kepala Batas Pulau Pinang
5. Berdisiplin tinggi dan komited dalam mengajar
