INTERNS WANTED IN KLANG
Responsibilities:
* To provide general and administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
* To attend to all incoming calls appropriately and courteously
* To taking charge of attendance records daily
* To taking charge of office stationery requisition and purchases for office supplies
* To updating and upkeep of stock inventory through established systems
* To monitor invoices from vendors or suppliers for payment
* To maintain proper filing system to ensure trace ability of documents
* To prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
* To schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments arrangements for Managers
* To assist in resolving any administrative problems
* To run company’s errands to office supply store, post office, banks and other places as requested
* To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
* To mainly responsible for accounts and office administration activities
* To assist in daily accounting transaction
* To enter transactions into computer system using SQL Accounting software or Excel
* To key-in financial transactions, costing or equivalent transactions in database / Excel
* To search, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
