As Salam warga MAJALAH.

Saya ada 2 lot tanah banglo untuk dijual. Lokasi di Kampung Tersusun Lipat Kajang. Berhampiran dengan toll Jasin, berdekatan dengan UiTM Jasin.

Lokasi boleh dikatakan tengah2 antara nak ke Bandar Merlimau & Bandar Jasin.

Nak Jual bawah harga pasaran. Market Value tanah tahun lepas adalah RM135,000. Tapi nak jual RM110,000 & RM105,000 shj. Harga boleh bincang lagi untuk Yang serius.

Kalau beli dua2 lot lagi boleh diskaun. sebab dua2 lot bersebelahan shj. Size tanah 463meter persegi & 452meter persegi. Tanah jenis pajakan 99 tahun & berakhir pada OCT 2106.

Melayu / Cina / & India boleh beli tanah ni.
