DAERAH:HILIR PERAK,MUKIM:SUNGAI DURIAN,TEMPAT:LUBUK KELI,KATEGORI TANAH:PERTANIAN.
assalamualaikum...
-disini saya ada beberapa lot tanah yg ingin dijual dengan keluasan keseluruhan lebih kurang (8.628hektar/21.319496ekar) dengan harga seekar tanah dibuka pada harga RM70ribu.harga boleh bincang lagi.
-untuk pengetahuan tanah dimiliki oleh 4 orang penama berbeza.salah seorang penama adalah bapa saya.
-keseluruhan tanah ditanam dengan tanaman kelapa sawit dan berusia lebih 20 tahun dan sebahagian kawasan telah dibuat tanaman semula tak lebih setahun usianya.yang paling penting tiada kemudahan api/air yg sampai ke kawasan lot tanah.
