Plan and develop tour itineraries/products
Provide literature and information to clients concerning local, interstate tours, travel routes, accommodation, local customs, fares and travel regulations.
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities
Negotiate and coordinate with overseas tour operators
Discuss client requirements and advise on suitable options
Manage and monitor tour operations
Liaise with tour operators and suppliers
Attend to phone calls from local and overseas
Able to manage outbound reservation & through e?mail with overseas agent
Handle customer?s enquiries and problem solving
Good negotiation skills with ground operation agents.
Service existing customers and maintain good relationship with customers.
In charge for incentive group tour for corporate or company.
Confirm bookings and notify clients of luggage limits and insurance, medical, passport, visa and currency requirements.
Requirements:
1 ? ? 5 years working experience in travel industry.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel
Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English
The candidate must be passionate and proactive individual, self-motivated, creative and able to work to tight deadlines and leading a team.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills with strong relationship building within the travel industry.
