Tempat : Perkarangan Dewan Tuanku Canselor, Universiti Malaya.

Jangkaan orang awam : 1,500 orang setiap sesi Konvokesyen. Ada 3 sesi keseluruhan.

Caj sewaan = RM600 untuk kedua Hari dengan 4,500 orang ramai.

Diperlukan vendor:

1. Nasi-nasi + air
2. Nasi - Nasi + air
3. Goreng-goreng
4. Goreng-goreng
5. Coffee viral
6. Nugget/hotdog atau seumpamanya+ air balang
7. Cake/pastry.
8. Air balang

Bekalan air berdekatan dari paip Ada.
Elektrik tidak dibekalkan

Pelanggan akan disediakan khemah Dan kerusi Di kawasan food truck.
