* Usai kerja-kerja ubah suai/baik pulih atau cat
* Membersih longkang kecil sekeliling rumah (berlumut)

Mengemas Rumah/pejabat secara berulang
* (on call/basic cleaning)
Rm 80 bagi servis 2jam 2org
Rm 20 tambahan termasuk peralatan kerja.
* 10% potongan bagi sesi 2 kali sebulan
* 20% potongan bagi sesi 4 kali sebulan
* 30% potongan bagi sesi 8 kali sebulan
