Job Scope :

- Serve as a key contact person for significant clients.
- Build relationships with key clients and prospects
- Ability to manage client expectations, ensure completion of engagements within an agreed-upon time-frame, and resolve client issues

- Creates and documents a specific annual communication plan for each new and existing assigned client, defining media/content as well as scheduling.
- Tools available to customize annual plans include participant surveys and plan utilization reports
- Participate in recruiting and hiring of new staff as needed, as well as performance reviews for staff.
- Develop junior level staff and provide professional development opportunities

Requirements :
- Strong skills in the areas of interpersonal communication, analysis, critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking
- Excellent in verbal communication and good personality
- Project management skillsGood command in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Located in Kuala Lumpur
- Bachelor's degree preferred
