Sayuran dan Buahan Menguatkan Sistem Imunisasi Badan

Diet yang terdiri daripada 80% sayur-sayuran segar dan jus, bijirin penuh, taugeh, kacang dan buah-buahan sedikit membantu meletakkan badan ke dalam persekitaran yang beralkali.

Kira-kira 20% boleh dari makanan yang dimasak termasuk kacang. Jus sayur-sayuran segar menyediakan enzim hidup yang mudah diserap dan sampai turun ke peringkat selular dalam masa 15 minit untuk menyuburkan dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan sel-sel yang sihat.

Untuk mendapatkan enzim hidup untuk membina sel-sel sihat cuba minum segar
jus sayur-sayuran (kebanyakan sayur-sayuran termasuk taugeh) dan makan
beberapa sayur-sayuran mentah 2 atau 3 kali sehari. Enzim dimusnahkan pada
suhu 104 darjah F (40 darjah C).
