Ayah saya nak jual rumah/bangunan.. sekali dgn tnh.. 2 tingkat

- ada 2 pintu.... satu pintu di sewakan..
- satu pintu 18x80... 2 pintu 36x80... lebar di ambil kire.. jika di pecahkan bahagian tengah
- anggaran senang.. rumah/bangunan ni boleh memuatkan lebih 100 orang...
- rumah ini sesuai UTK mereka yg nak ternak burung walit..
- Tingkat atas UTK ternak burung. tingkat bawah UTK owner tinggal/duduk.. (jadi.. risiko kecurian sarang burung boleh di atasi.. sebab owner blh duduk sekali).

- rumah sebelah pula boleh disewakan@ nk ternak burung pun boleh juga.
- 2km ke sempadan imigresen Thailand..
- rumah/bangunan ni xpanas sebab kedudukan dlm kg dan sunyi.
- ada tandas /bilik lengkap tingkat atas dan bawah..
Harga jual rm200ribu... boleh dikurangkan lagi... dah berbaloi dgn harga bangunan yg luas/besar/panjang ke belakang..
Harga tanah loni pun dah mahai.....
