Retail/Store Assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,000.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 01/06/2023
Schedule: Morning shift/ Afternoon shift/ Evening shift & Weekend jobs
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Execute the day to day operations of a retail store and all store functions
* Job location – KLANG VALLEY
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
· Process online orders which include accepting order, prepare DO, pick & pack orders, and pass the parcel to courier companies for shipment.
· Responsible to answer and direct phone calls including WhatsApp, Shopee Chats & other communication with customers
· Ensure proper care of stocks within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.
· Work with the other store staff to handle inventory and minimize stock losses.
· Handle monthly stock take routine to ensure inventory accuracy.
· Perform store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process is in compliance with company SOPs.
· Any Ad-Hoc requests by the Brand / Management.
REQUIREMENT
* Minimum 1-2 years of total retail experience.
* SPM or STPM level with significant experiences/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
* Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of management.
* Ability to analyse situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity.
* Ability to challenge and influence operational processes.
