Job Descriptions
-Proactively source, identify and approach potential candidates
-Reviewing applicants, interviewing, assessing candidates and listing for interview to the clients expressed criteria
-Work directly with new & existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and expectations
-Manage candidates through interview process ad assessments
-Follow-up and maintain good relationship with clients and candidates
-Oversee all media job advertisement, online job posting, internal website, newspaper and others
-Able to work in team to achieve individual and overall team objectives
-Perform other administration duties as and when required
Requirements:
-SPM, Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies /Administration / Management or any equivalent
-Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources, Customer Service or related
-Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Able to work with minimum supervision and attention to details
-Structured, analytical, well-organized and able to work with tight deadlines
-Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Baru, Penang
