- 2 penghawa dingin baru, kipas siling & kipas dinding
- kondusif & Selesa (karpet penuh)

- lokasi di Dataran Austin, Gong Badak Kuala Terengganu, shoplot sebelah Mydin

Lokasi amat2 strategik kerana:
-penempatan padat, taman perumahan wakaf Tembesu & Kuala Nerus
-berhampiran 8 buah sekolah (SK, SMK, KOLEJ VOKASIONAL, UMT, UNISZA),bank,
restoran, Pizza Hut, Tingkat Atas BAMBOO CAFE, berhadapan MUAZ TEKSTILE,
SEBELAH PUSAT PAKAIAN HARI-HARI)
