2. Mempunyai Diploma dalam bidang kejuruteraan awam
3. Pengalaman 3 tahun dalam kerja pembinaan loji rawatan air, tangki air dan pemasangan paip air.
4. Berdaftar dengan NIOSH
5. Boleh bekerja tanpa pengawasan dan mempunyai daya kepimpinan yang tinggi.
