All guest must agree to the following rules whereby damaging of property goods will not have their security deposits returned.
MYR 500 as security deposit will be collected upon check in and refundable after check out after checking house condition.
Conserve the electricity and water wisely. Please turn off the main switch when you're not around the unit. Be Eco-friendly to the environment. Rental included electric consumption 30 kilowatt (KWH) per day. Extra electric usage charged RM0.50 per kilowatt (KWH) since there is 6 nos of air-conditioners.
Please remove your shoes while inside the House and leave it at the shoe rack. We had provided shoes inside the unit.
Kindly keep the unit clean and tidy. The house will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival and after your departure. You will be responsible for the cleaning of your unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. Additional cleaning fees MYR150 might be charged if cleanness is unacceptable.
Lost of key charged MYR 50 per set.
All guests must show passport / IC and registered themselves at guard house and pass their passport copy / IC copy to property manager upon check in.
As it is a peaceful neighborhood, guests are advice to be considerate in their noise levels especially during late nights.
No damage is done to property or its contents.
No illegal activities are allow in the property.
No pets allow in the house.
No smoking inside the house. You may smoke outside.
Use of kitchen should only be for light cooking and should be cleaned up after usage.
Stove, refrigeration, appliances, sinks, countertops are wiped cleaned & all surfaces are free of grease & food.
All rubbish are deposited in garbage bins & soiled dishes are cleaned & put away accordingly.
No linens are lost or damaged.
All keys are returned to caretaker & unit must be locked at all times. Please contact us prior to your departure.
