TEMUDUGA TERBUKA PENGAMBILAN PELATIH SESI JAN 2022 DI GIATMARA TAPAH

1. TERAPI KECANTIKAN DAN SOLEKAN (SKM Tahap 2)
Tempoh pembelajaran 6 bulan (sepenuh masa)

Pelajar yang telah mengisi permohonan akan dihubungi oleh GIATMARA Tapah untuk tetapan tarikh temuduga.

SILA BAWA DOKUMEN INI BERSAMA SEMASA TEMUDUGA:

1. SALINAN KAD PENGENALAN PEMOHON
2. SALINAN KAD PENGENALAN IBU/BAPA PENJAGA
3. SALINAN SIJIL TAMAT SEKOLAH
4. SALINAN SIJIL SPM/PMR/PT3
5. LAIN-LAIN SIJIL BERKAITAN
6. 4 KEPING GAMBAR BERUKURAN PASPORT.

SYARAT-SYARAT KEMASUKAN:

1. Bumiputera.
2. Sihat tubuh badan.
3. Boleh membaca, menulis dan minat 3 (M).
4. Berumur dari 15 tahun dan keatas.
5. Berminat dengan bidang yang dipohon.

Cara permohonan:

1. Boleh datang terus ke GIATMARA TAPAH di alamat
LOT 360, BANDAR TEMOH, DAERAH BATANG PADANG,
35350, TAPAH PERAK.
